1. Many variables don't support querying offline players, this plugin greatly improves this
2. Records variable values when players are online, can query them even when offline
3. For example, if you configure variable %playerTitle_number% in config
4. Just use %offlinePapi_playername_playerTitle_number% to get the offline version of the variable
5. Use "me" as player name to query yourself
