1. Supports particle effects such as trails, wings, block trails, item rain, confetti, elytra, and projectiles
2. Supports setting and clearing particle effects for online players or entities in your line of sight
3. Supports /hp gui to open the particle selection menu, with available particles filtered by permission
4. Supports custom trail paths and RGB colors
5. Supports Folia, and the particle visibility range at low TPS is configurable
