Feature Description

1. When a warp owner's warp is first favorited, each time it's liked, each time it's disliked, or first rated, they can receive certain rewards.
2. Since likes and dislikes can be repeated, by default rewards are only given once within 72 hours (configurable in config file).
3. To prevent players from maliciously deleting warps and recreating them to have other players like, favorite, rate, etc. for money farming, the plugin by default modifies that if a player creates a warp and deletes it within 1 hour, they will enter a 72-hour cooldown period during which they cannot create warps again (configurable in config file).
