Added task rarity concept in version 1.8.7+
New addition in config.yml:

No restrictions, and enjoy after-sales service, one-on-one service, custom requirements priority adoption and other premium privileges

- Daily randomly generated tasks will be generated according to probability based on above configuration, insufficient quantity filled with normal tasks (all historical tasks are normal)
- Main purpose: Players wanting high rarity tasks must keep refreshing daily tasks, improving revenue
- New task command changed to /plk create [task name] (task type) (task rarity)
- Or use /plk setRarity [task id] [rarity] to set task rarity
